Power Snaking Clogged Drains
Power snaking is generally used when hydro jetting is not possible. For example, when you have plumbing backed up, toilets don't flush and we can't access the plumbing downstream from the blockage. We will remove the toilet and use a power snake to clear the blockage. Power snaking is a great way to remove roots from your sewer line.

Hydro Jetting
Hydro jetting is our number one choice when removing blockages. Not only does it clear the blockage, but it thoroughly cleans the entire sewer line. Being downstream of the blockage is the best practice to achieve the best results in a timely manner. Jetting, if not done correctly, is no better than power snaking. There are many different cleaning tips that need to be considered along with flow and PSI in order to correctly clean the lines. Our jetting technicians have the experience and the wide variety of jetting accessories to properly clean your lines.

Tank and Line Locating
With our camera systems we are able to remove a clean out cap in your basement or remove your toilet to inspect and locate plumbing problems or just locate your septic tank and leach field. Prior to doing a deck, addition, or patio, your exterior plumbing, septic tank, and leach filed should be inspected and located. With camera locating you can make sure you complete repairs needed and make adjustments so your addition does not interfere with your septic system.

Thawing Frozen Lines
Our drain cleaning response vehicles are equipped with various jetters and accessories to thaw and diagnose frozen waste lines along with the equipment to keep them from freezing again.

Sewer Line Camera Inspections
With our camera systems we are able to inspect your sewer lines to locate problem areas and produce a corrective action plan if needed. Upon your request, a thumb drive of the inspection can be provided to you so you can see firsthand the areas that need action.

Thorough Leach Field Inspections
During a home purchase you should have a thorough leach field inspection done. Our inspections are done with cameras to inspect the inlet and outlet line of your septic tank along with the distribution box and baffles. A simple inlet line repair can cost thousands of dollars or just a few hundred dollars. When you get a camera inspection, there is no question about what is going on with the piping and distribution box of the system. We provide a detailed report along with a thumb drive recording of the inspection for your records.

Interior Line Maintenance – Showers, Sinks, Etc.
Have you ever had your showers or sinks stop working? If you have, you understand the need for interior and exterior line maintenance. Our drain cleaning response vehicles are equipped with tools to clean 1.25” lines all the way up to 6” lines. Your sink and shower lines get the most buildup in them. Jetting is a great way to clean them.

Sewer Pump Repairs and Maintenance
Sewer pump repairs and maintenance can be costly when the initial install is not properly set up with repair or maintenance in mind. When a pump or float fails, not only will we fix it, but we will also set it up for ease of maintenance and repair so your future out of pocket cost will be less.

Sewer Tank Filter Maintenance
Septic tank filter maintenance is extremely important. If your filter is not cleaned yearly it can back up your sewer into your home or allow solid waste into your leach field. With a riser installed to grade, cleaning your filter is easy. All you have to do is remove the covers, pull the filer, spray the filter to clean it off, reinsert the filer, and put the covers back. Whether this is something you would like to do yourself or if you don’t want to do it on your own, we can show you the 1st time or set up maintenance program to have it cleaned for you.

Perimeter Drain Inspections
Perimeter drains are a very important utility for your home. When working properly, they provide an outlet for the water that collects around and under your home. Perimeter drain outfalls need to be kept clear year round so water does not flood your basement. Camera inspections are a great resource to verify the condition of your perimeter drain. By doing perimeter drain inspections we can locate problem areas and provide you with a corrective action plan if needed.

Certified Confined Space Entry Repairs
When you hire a company to perform underground repairs such as pump replacements, the technicians generally have to enter into a confined space which is regulated by OSHA. If the technicians are not confined space certified and get hurt, this could cost you as you are responsible for anyone doing work on your property. Our technicians that perform confined space entries are certified and take your trust in us to do the job safely, legally, and correctly very seriously.
